​Private classes bring much more personal feeling and intention. I create the class exactly to your needs and wishes. It is a weaving of movement, somatic, breath and meditation. We curate the class together to create a practice that feels meaningful and supportive. My intention is to hold space for transformation and reset. The space always feels like a warm hug, filled with candles, incenses, essential oils and warm tea.
why choosing a private class?
This is a space just for you and no-one else. It is great whether you’re working on something specific in your practice or simply looking to bring more intention to your time on the mat. I provide hands on assists and gentle touch to help you soften and land on your mat - ending with a little face massage at the end. Each session is highly personalized to your needs and expectations but also to you're feeling on a given day. Private sessions also allow for deeper exploration of movement, breath, or meditation techniques that resonate with you, and they create a safe space to address injuries, refine alignment, or explore modifications that best support your body and practice.

I aim to support you and guide you through the practice with intention, but I also aim to provide an experience that feels wholesome and nurishing. The experience goes through all senses - smell, touch, light, music.

The journey starts with me getting to know you a little more. We either have a video call or you can fill out overall questionaire so that I know what is your experience with movement and what you expect from the classes. Then we set a date and deal with the practical things. When you’re ready to start, the classes are induvidualized to your needs, I hold the space with awareness and presence, try to provide as much support as I can. My teachings include asanas (physical postures), breath-work, meditation and somatic practices. You can choose what interests you and what you want to dive deeper into. The sessions can be full on physical practice or just breath and meditation, depending on what you need and aim for.
