Back to the Roots retreat
Back to the Roots is a love project of mine. In cooperation with my lovely friend Lenka, we created a sacred space where we shared our most beloved practices, guided through traditional asana poses, movement and dance, meditation, journaling and mindful living.
Back to the Roots stands for going back to simplicity - being present with ourselves. Being connected to the messages of our body. Observing our thoughts. Listening to our intuition. Being our unique authentic self.
To us, yoga is about listening to our body and also steping away from our mind and surrendering to the practice - where realisations lie.
We would love to take you for a journey beyond the mind. That is why we put together a schedule that combines different aspects of yoga - deepening our yoga asana and meditation practice, chanting mantras, and also exploring presence in other activities like moving in nature, sitting by the fire, journaling, doing a ritual, or dancing. We also added workshops on Ayurveda and woman cycle because we believe that this knowledge helps us to notice the messages our body and mind are constantly sending us.
