your teacher 

I have eight years of personal practice and three years of experience teaching both groups and individuals. I guide from a place of integrity, bringing together all elements of the practice - breath, movement, meditation, and somatics. My classes offer a healthy challenge, encouraging you to explore new sides of yourself. Each session is your time to reset, release, and simply be.
